Defense Industries Research and Development Institute - SAGE was established in 1972, and is active at Lalahan Site which is 30 km. away from the city center of Ankara. The Institute is a part of TUBİTAK - The Scientific and Technological Research Council of Turkey and specializes in the field of defense industry.
