MILKON Military Connector Solutions

TÜBİTAK SAGE develops connector systems compatible with military standards for aerospace, naval, underwater and land platforms. TÜBİTAK SAGE brings design, analysis, quality control, testing capabilities together to produce many connector solutions that comply with MIL-DTL-38999, MIL-DTL-83513 and MIL-DTL 83538 standards.

TÜBİTAK SAGE also provides testing services to companies developing connectors with its infrastructure and test centers.

MIL-DTL 38999 Compliant Connector Solutions

MIL-DTL 38999 Series-3, 20WJ20SN

The purpose of this test is to verify and to report the capabilities of warheads at ambient, low temperature and high temperature conditions. During the tests, following measurements are obtained.

MIL-DTL 38999 Series-3, 24WJ20SN

It is an umbilical connectors used in the aircraft interface of missile systems. It has a high level of reliability, EMI protection and maintains its functionality in challenging environmental conditions. It is assembled by threading the nut to the system.

MIL-DTL 83538 (Missile Connector Group that Enables Missile Systems Eject from Launcher Rail-1760)

The connector system has three independent part: Aircraft connector, missile connector and buffer connector. The connector assembly complies with MIL-DTL-83538. The buffer connector is mounted to the aircraft connector and prevents damage to the aircraft connector during missile firing.

Lanyard-Release Connector (MIL-DTL 38999 Serie-3, 26WJ20PN)

Lanyard-release connectors are developed for missiles and bombs released in high shock and vibration environment. It is generally used in aircrafts and complies with MIL-DTL-38999.

Micro-D

Micro-D type connectors are developed in accordance with MIL-DTL-83513.

Connector Auxilary Products

Backshells, clamping bands, dust protection covers and assembly equipment are manufactured in accordance with the relevant standards.
