IFM-0120 SYSTEM ON MODULE

IFM System on Module (IFM-0120) is a XILINX ZYNQ-7020 SoC based system on module board with 1GB DDR3 RAM, 10/100/1000 Mbps Ethernet PHY, 256 Mbit QSPI Flash configuration memory and 32GB eMMC flash memory. All voltage requirements for module components are produced internally on board from a single input voltage.
