The "Terms of Service" document must be examined before application .
For the services included in the "Service List" below, the "Service Request" page must be opened, the relevant fields must be filled online and the relevant fields must be filled in online and sent to TÜBİTAK SAGE by pressing the send button or by filling in the "Service Application Form" below and sending it to TÜBİTAK SAGE by one of the methods specified in the form.

In order to determine the feasibility of the tests and to charge for them, the following information must be provided in the application form or its annex.
- Test standards mostly leave the test duration and boundary conditions to the user. Test times, boundary conditions, test categories and test procedures should be specified in detail in the application form.
Example 1: The conditioning time (2 hours) for the high temperature test according to MIL-STD-810F standard, whether the conditioning time depends on the surface temperature measurement (the conditioning time will be started when the test specimen surface temperature reaches the conditioning temperature, etc.), the conditioning temperature level must be specified in the remarks section of the application form.
Example 2: For the vibration test according to MIL-STD-810F standard, method and category information (Method 514.5 - Vibration, Category 14 - Rotary wing aircraft - helicopter, Figure 514.5C-10 of the vibration profile given below), the axes on which the vibration profile will be applied and the application times (x, y and z axes, applying the test item to vibrate for 4 hours on each axis) must be given in the explanations section of the application form. - A schematic drawing / technical drawing / solid model etc. showing the external dimensions, center of gravity position, weight, connection, transport and lifting interfaces of the test specimen and its posture during normal use should be attached to the application form.
- For Vibration, Shock and Acceleration Tests, a fixture design specific to the test specimen that meets the structural requirements is required. The request for the fixture design to be carried out by TÜBİTAK SAGE or the information that it will be carried out by you should be specified in the application form. The pre-production technical drawing and structural analysis report on fixture design must be examined by TÜBİTAK SAGE.
Upon receipt of the forms by TÜBİTAK SAGE, if deemed appropriate, an offer will be sent to the applicant. If not deemed appropriate, the applicant will be notified.
Following the written approval of the proposal by the applicant, the relevant work will be initiated by contacting the applicant.
