Thermobaric Variant of a Penetrating Bomb
The NEB-T, a thermobaric variant of the NEB grenade, was developed with the insertion of the TSP-103 thermobaric explosive into the main penetrator of the NEB ammunition. The NEB-T Thermobaric Grenade, which has both a pre-penetrator and a main penetrator, penetrates obstacles such as concrete with its pre-penetrator, while the detonation of the main penetrator with thermobaric explosives creates an increased pressure effect, especially in confined spaces.
