Notes

  1. The Sample/Device Name should be written as you would like it to appear on the Results Report or Calibration Certificate.
  2. In the Description and Explanations section, descriptive information such as dimensional and mass characteristics of the Sample/Device, identifying code number, batch/serial number, manufacturer, brand, model and measurement range information, especially for EHG-5 coded services, should be given. If possible, drawings, specifications, etc. containing such information should be attached to the application form by referring to this section. If a special condition is required for the storage of the device/standard/samples, this information must be provided.
  3. In the absence of a specific request by the customer for the service, calibration/testing is performed according to the relevant standards and the conformity assessment of the results is left to the customer.
  4. In case a conformity assessment for the service is requested, the assessment criteria must be submitted to TÜBİTAK SAGE before the offer is accepted.
  5. In case a conformity assessment for the service is requested, the assessment criteria must be communicated to TÜBİTAK SAGE before the proposal is accepted. The relevant information should be given in the "Remarks" section or the document containing such information should be attached to the application form by referring to this section.
  6. The conformity assessment for the sample is not carried out by TÜBİTAK SAGE. No decision rule is applied in this direction.
  7. In order to determine the feasibility, pricing and performance of Environmental Tests (services coded EHG-2), the following information must be provided in the application form or its annex and planning must be made in the light of this information. For more detailed information on environmental test capabilities tubitak.gov.tr can be accessed from the web address.
    • Test standards mostly leave the test duration and boundary conditions to the user. Test times, boundary conditions, test categories and test procedures should be detailed in the application form.
      • Example 1: Conditioning time for high temperature test according to MIL-STD-810G standard (2 hours)conditioning time is/is not dependent on surface temperature measurement (the conditioning period will be started when the test specimen surface temperature reaches the conditioning temperature), the results of the analysis of the penetration time of the temperature into the test specimen (1 hour after the test specimen surface temperature reaches the conditioning temperature)conditioning temperature level (65°±2°C)must be given in the remarks section of the application form.
      • Example 2: Method and category information for vibration testing according to MIL-STD-810F (of the following vibration profile according to Method 514.5 - Vibration, Category 14 - Rotary wing aircraft - helicopter, Figure 514.5C-10)axes and application times of the vibration profile (applied to the test specimen to vibrate in x, y and z axes for 4 hours in each axis) must be given in the remarks section of the application form.
    • A schematic drawing / technical drawing / solid model showing the external dimensions of the test specimen, center of gravity position, weight, connection, transport and lifting interfaces and posture during normal use, test fixture weight, etc. should be attached to the application form.
    • For Vibration, Shock and Acceleration Tests, a fixture design specific to the test specimen that meets the structural requirements is required. The request for the fixture design to be made by TÜBİTAK SAGE or the information that it will be made by you should be specified in the application form. The pre-production technical drawing and structural analysis report regarding the fixture design must be examined by TÜBİTAK SAGE. The suitability of the fixture for the test system is evaluated by TÜBİTAK SAGE in terms of whether it will interfere with the operation of the test system and whether it will pose a risk to the safety of the infrastructure personnel where the test will be carried out. If the test fixture is deemed inappropriate by TÜBİTAK SAGE, the test will not be conducted.
    • TÜBİTAK SAGE is not responsible for the functional control tests of the tested Sample/Device.
  8. This form is for application purposes only. The provision of the requested service is only possible upon the acceptance of the application by TÜBİTAK SAGE. After your application is evaluated by TÜBİTAK SAGE, a price offer will be sent to you by fax.
  9. TÜBİTAK SAGE has determined the conditions for industrial services with the TÜBİTAK SAGE Industrial Service Conditions document and announced it on its website. All applications are evaluated within this scope.
