Notes

  1. The test item description should be written as you request it to be included in the Results Report or Calibration Certificate.
  2. The dimensional and mass characteristics of the test item, identifying information such as identification code number, batch/serial number, manufacturer, make, model and measurement range information must be provided.
  3. In the absence of a specific request by the customer for the service, calibration/testing is performed according to the relevant standards and the conformity assessment of the results is left to the customer.
  4. In case a conformity assessment for the service is requested, the assessment criteria must be submitted to TÜBİTAK SAGE before the offer is accepted.
  5. The application form should detail test durations, boundary conditions, test categories and test procedures.
  6. A schematic drawing / technical drawing / solid model showing the external dimensions of the test specimen, center of gravity position, weight, connection, transport and lifting interfaces and posture during normal use, test fixture weight, etc. should be attached to the application form.
  7. For the tests, it may be necessary to design/prepare a fixture, cabling, data interface software and data processing software that meet the structural requirements specific to the test sample. The request for the designs to be made by TÜBİTAK SAGE or the information that they will be made by you should be specified in the application form. The suitability of the relevant apparatus for the test system is evaluated by TÜBİTAK SAGE in terms of whether it will interfere with the operation of the test system and whether it will pose a risk to the safety of the infrastructure personnel where the test will be carried out. If evaluated as inappropriate by TÜBİTAK SAGE, the test is not performed.
  8. TUBITAK SAGE must provide the relevant details, interface control documents, user manuals, etc. for the preparations, design and production. The schedule of these preparations and productions is considered separately from the test schedule. TUBITAK SAGE is not responsible for any negative effects caused by delays.
  9. TUBITAK SAGE is not responsible for the functionality control tests of the test item.
  10. This form is for application purposes only. The provision of the requested service is only possible after the application is accepted by TÜBİTAK SAGE. After your application is evaluated by TÜBİTAK SAGE, a price offer will be sent to you.
  11. TÜBİTAK SAGE has determined the conditions for industrial services with the TÜBİTAK SAGE Industrial Service Conditions document and announced it on its website. All applications are evaluated within this scope.
