Technical Specifications

  1. DSC and/or TGA analysis services are provided using two separate instruments: (1) SETERAM DSC 131 (DSC), (2) SETERAM SETSYS EVOLUTION 16-18 (DSC-TGA)
  2. SETERAM DSC 131 (DSC) operates in a temperature range of -150 / +700°C. Heating rates of 30°C/min and cooling rates of ~100°C/min can be applied.
  3. SETERAM SETSYS EVOLUTION 16-18 (DSC-TGA) operates in the room temperature / 1,600°C temperature range. Heating rates of ~30°C/min and cooling rates of ~100°C/min can be applied. With this device, DSC and TGA analyzes can be performed separately or together.

Notes

  1. For relevant service "Energetic Material" is not accepted.
  2. For the related service report "Test Result Form" is provided.
  3. The Sample/Device Name should be written as you request it to appear on the Test Result Form.
  4. In the absence of a specific request by the customer for the service, calibration/testing is performed according to the relevant standards and the conformity assessment of the results is left to the customer.
  5. This form is for application purposes only. The provision of the requested service is only possible upon the acceptance of the application by TÜBİTAK SAGE. After your application is evaluated by TÜBİTAK SAGE, a price offer will be sent to you by fax.
  6. TÜBİTAK SAGE has determined the conditions for industrial services with the TÜBİTAK SAGE Industrial Service Conditions document and announced it on its website. All applications are evaluated within this scope.
  7. The weight of the samples to be measured should preferably be 10-50 milligrams.
  8. The Material Safety Sheet (Eng. MSDS) of the samples to be measured must be submitted in advance.
  9. The sample to be measured must be delivered dry and in suitable packaging. The sample code of the relevant sample must be indicated on the sample packaging.
  10. The exact composition of the samples to be measured must be shared. Samples with a content that may damage the device will not be accepted. In case the required information is not provided, TÜBİTAK SAGE has the right to cancel the relevant measurement.
