Notes

  1. For relevant service "Energetic Material" is not accepted.
  2. For the related service report "Test Result Form" is provided.
  3. The Sample/Device Name should be written as you request it to appear on the Test Result Form.
  4. In the absence of a specific request by the customer for the service, calibration/testing is performed according to the relevant standards and the conformity assessment of the results is left to the customer.
  5. This form is for application purposes only. The provision of the requested service is only possible upon the acceptance of the application by TÜBİTAK SAGE. After your application is evaluated by TÜBİTAK SAGE, a price offer will be sent to you by fax.
  6. TÜBİTAK SAGE has determined the conditions for industrial services with the TÜBİTAK SAGE Industrial Service Conditions document and announced it on its website. All applications are evaluated within this scope.
  7. Samples that are hazardous to human and environmental health are not suitable for measurement on the Linseis L75 Platinum Series vertical directional dilatometer. Samples considered to be hazardous must be notified in advance. In cases where the necessary safeguards cannot be provided, SAGE reserves the right to cancel the relevant measurement.
  8. The Material Safety Sheet (Eng. MSDS) of the samples to be measured must be submitted in advance.
  9. The sample to be measured must be delivered dry and in suitable packaging. The sample code of the relevant sample must be indicated on the sample packaging. Only sample codes shall be indicated in the measurement report.
  10. Since the samples are measured in comparison with a reference sample, their dimensions should be as close as possible to the reference sample. Dimensions of the reference sample Ø 6 mm x 20 mm (length) is cylindrical in shape.
  11. The top and bottom surfaces of the sample must be parallel. In cases where the required parallelism is not achieved, SAGE reserves the right to cancel the relevant measurement.
