IDEF 2025 17th International Defense Industry Fair was hosted by the Republic of Türkiye Ministry of National Defense, with the support of the Presidency of the Republic of Turkey Presidency of Defense Industries and under the management and responsibility of TAFF between 22-27 July 2025 at the Istanbul Expo Center.

As TÜBİTAK SAGE, IDEF’25, where we exhibited our national defense power and capabilities, was successfully completed. We hosted high-level protocol visits, meetings that paved the way for strategic collaborations, national and international delegation visits and numerous B2B meetings.

The signing and inauguration ceremony of GÖKHAN, Türkiye's first national ramjet-powered air-to-air missile, was attended by the Minister of National Defense, Mr. Yaşar Güler. Yaşar Güler, Minister of Industry and Technology Mr. Mehmet Fatih Kacır and Minister of Trade Mr. Mehmet Fatih Kacır, Minister of Industry and Technology, and Mr. Ömer Bolat, Minister of Trade. Ömer Bolat attended the ceremony.

Shaped by the know-how gained from TÜBİTAK SAGE's GÖKDOĞAN and BOZDOĞAN projects, GÖKHAN takes its place among the new generation air-to-air missiles with its ramjet engine technology, high maneuverability and bi-directional data link feature. With the amendment of the contract and the signing of the new contract, GÖKHAN's current range performance and maneuverability will be increased, and the balance of power will improve in our favor in the long perspective. In this context, a critical step has been taken for GÖKHAN to become one of the longest-range air-to-air missiles in the NATO inventory.

We have also signed strategic collaborations in line with our national goals.

• Amendment to the Contract for Range and Capability Increase in the Project for the Development of the National Ramjet Powered Aerial Air Missile GÖKHAN and the Contract for the Development of Long Range GÖKHAN with the Ministry of National Defense
• Development of 35 mm Armor Penetrating Ammunition and Lateral Impact Enhanced Penetrating Ammunition with MKE
• Development and Production of Guidance Kit for 2.75 inch (70 mm) Rockets (CİNGÖZ) with MKE
• ASFAT and GÖKÇE-83 Guidance Kit Production Compatible with MK-83 Aircraft Bomb
• Development and Production of the National Ramjet Powered Aerial Air Missile GÖKHAN Project with MKE and ASFAT
• Development of Liquid Fuel Ramjet Propulsion System for Supersonic Anti-Ship Guided Missile Project with ROKETSAN
