The trial and final firings of the Vertical Landing Rocket Competition, which was organized within the scope of TEKNOFEST and carried out by TÜBİTAK SAGE, were successfully completed. In 2025, 324 teams applied to our technology competition, which witnessed a fierce struggle of 16 teams in the final.
Organized in 2022 for the first time, the competition aimed to ensure a soft landing on the ground using a cold gas propulsion system. Teams conducted interdisciplinary studies by gaining knowledge and experience in advanced engineering subjects such as vertical landing technologies, autonomous control system and propulsion technologies.
In our competition, where we work with our young people on the future space and defense technologies of our country, we welcome participants from all over our country with more interest and technical success rates every year. We congratulate all our teams for their labor, dedication and effort.
